Wild type Bettas

Colin Dunlop The Fish Hut

Obviously you can also ask around at local shops

(there are often wild bettas on various Fish Lists but most shops aren’t set up to receive and keep these fish successfully, wild fish from very low pH waters often have limited (previous) exposure to potential bacterial pathogens, so need to be kept isolated and at suitable water parameters/temps when they arrive. Wild bettas range in price from very cheap to very expensive (even on the import lists) and it’s not unusual to receive some alternate species or variant ... all of which is why I recommend going through a specialist such as Colin Dunlop)

And expect these fish to be enterprising escape artists

Ta aquaculture had a few different types in middle of 2020. No idea what they've got now, but worth a ring. I don't think they update this page often but it gives you an idea of stock they get in.

I visited Ta aquaculture last year, the ones i was looking for they didn't have in at the time, will have to give them a ring to see what they have in now. Have to say the owner Tim was really nice and great to talk too.
