Will these plants survive like this for 24 hours? I will turn off light a night.

They will be fine humidity-wise. There is a chance of "over-heating" the limited space of air in the holders, from the lamp. This would damage the plants . Would actually be better with no lights for the 24 hours.
If left longer than 24 hours this way, be sure to ventilate at least once a day, to limit fungal attack.
