If I stocked my more or less heavily-planted 240l tank with the following:
5 x angelfish
1 x bristlenose pleco
10 x bronze corydoras
would that be considered overstocked?

No, I have two angelfish tanks of roughly that size each with 5 Angels in them, I also have dither fish in the tanks in addition to the clean-up crew.

I think they will become fish food for the angels.
Really? Don't angels have pretty small mouths? The rainbows will probably be 1.5cm high when I get them, my existing angel has a pretty good track record with smaller fish than that, and the other angels will be very small.

Hi @noobscaper Not overstocked at all... If the angels are juvenile they should get along just fine, but as soon as they start to pair up then it might be problem as they can become quite aggressive against other angles. So you may end up having to move the 3 other angels out of the tank. Pretty much what I had to do in the past. And of course, during breeding they become aggressive against all other tank mates essentially.
Cheers,
Michael
