Protruding white spot on trunk

Hi All
I noticed a single protruding white spot on the truck of one of my WCMMs. About a week ago. Seems to be getting more pronounced.
Behaviour normal, moving, feeding, finnage nice, color fine.
Any suggestions / ideas appreciated.

I take that to be a white cloud mountain minnow... How long have you kept the fish?

Also, can you post a slightly sharper image.

Difficult to make out, and I should think difficult to take a good image. But it'd help with diagnosis. Could it be a skin fluke?

Yes, white cloud mountain minnow. I've had them about two months at this point.

As far as I can tell none of the WCMMs seem to be affected by this any more. So, something that has come and gone. They move so quick it was hard to get a clear picture! But it definitely looked like a bulge - something white trying to poke through the trunk. Fish was active throughout though.

But all seems well now.
