You have enough when your Drop checker is a lime green colour. If you have to much yourll have a yellow colour, or your fish will be gasping... Blue means not enough Yellow means too much Green is right :)

You can buy an 'emergency co2' holster from ebay usa. It has the female thread for the gas bottles to screw into and a male on the other side for you to screw a needle vavle into. The you have to go about downsizing in couplings to a barbed something or other that your tubing connects too...
