I am about to take delivery of a 186ltr tank and have an Aquamanta efx400 for it. I've read that it may be worth replacing the sponges? I'm in 2 minds at the moment, whether to just set it up & see, or get some new media - can anyone recommend some media if I was to change it. Cheers
