JBL Crystal Profi e901 Water Flow Low

Hi guys I am using JBL Crystal Profi e901 for my 3 feet planted aquarium what was the issue is the out flow of water is very low compared with earlier flow so I have cleaned the filter and its media And the impeller also but everything seems to be fine but the flow rate is low and I am using Lilly pipe for my aquarium and kindly check the video and kindly do the needful
