LEDs info for beginner

Hi all, hope your enjoying your weekend!
Just wondering if anyone is familiar with the Aquaone nano 40, I'm trying to work out what range of lighten I have with the kit, it's a LED lamp 24 LEDs in it, should I be considering a replacement if I wish to keep plants growing? I have co2 in a can and defuser but have been told it's unnecessary to use due to my light output, any one shed some "light" on this for me? Cheers

Before you go wondering off and buying a mega watt light, see what other people have done with their Aquaone nano 40....This journal is one of the most impressive IMHO. Makes me want to go out and buy a tank each time I read it.
