I can go a week without a response to a question and then I have to chase up with secondary emails 🤷‍♂️

I’m not just talking about one retailer either 😬 you’d have thought online sellers would be much faster to respond, but maybe it’s just me?

(This is true throughout the year, not just Christmas 😅)

I do avoid asking questions - I have now got to the point that I learn online, and then I buy online!

I know Oase are not an online retailer, but they have been pretty good at getting back to me. And when they do get back to me, it’s quite detailed. So it’s worth the wait

The thing is, I’m asking for images of hardscape or asking if they have stones in size X or can get Y 🤷‍♂️

In fairness to them, on phone calls they’re excellent but email not so much

It is a bit of a mystery with all the ways of communication its harder than ever to get replies, some of the biggest not aquatic retailers(you would imagine harder to contact) Tropica and Seachem are the easiest l found. Worst of all for myself as a example are local councilers, canvassing, they ask you to put your questions in a email. Of course they never or rarely reply
