Has anyone got one of these? I'm interested in the getting extra flow compared to my 2028 and would like to know if it makes more or less noise on full power?

Hi,
I don`t have a 2074 but i do have a 2075 and a 2078. The 2074 is essentially the same as the 2075 but has the electronic stuff on top like electronic flow control, stream functions and is the ONLY model that supports the USB interface so you can monitor it with a laptop. Personally i would pay the extra and get a 2076 or if you have the space a 2080 is the largest they do and about the same price. As for noise it`s about as quiet as my 2075 and that`s not much more noisier than my 2224 at full flow, pretty quiet considering the size of the filter. If i could go back in time i would have proably got a pair of Pro 2 2028`s as they are really good but i got mine for a very good price so went the pro 3 route.
