Problem with dosing

Hi

looks like I do have small problem with my tank plants do not grow very well and I do have some algae problems

1st tank 240l

water change friday afternoon after light come off then dosing

Saturday
KNO3 - 5g
Kh2PO4 - 2.5g
MgSO4 - 15g
Trace - 2.2g

and every other day same dosing

filtration tetratec 1200 and eheim 2078 plus koralia 2400 from time to time

co2 around 3-4 bubbles per second by inline diffuser

light 2 x 54w for 6.5 hours a day co2 2 hours before light

fish around 40 including 7 barbs some rasboras and corydoras plus shrimps

problems - slow growing plants, brown moss like dirt or dust on it ?? some dust on glass and bba on anubias leaves

2nd tank 60l

water change on Friday afternoon and dosing

Saturday morrning
KNO3 - 2.4g
Kh2PO4 - 0.8g
MgSO4 - 7g
Trace - 0.7g

and every other day same dosing

filtration tetratec 700 plus fluval 205 and koralia nano

co2 bit less than 2 bubbles per second via diffusor 2 hours before light

fish around 30 ember tetras and 3 gobies plus some shrimps

problems slow growing moss and dust on glass

also I add some easycarbo from time to time if I got some

any help with dosing or what I can change to make tank look better
