Hi All,

So......here we go again, with a new journal.

My old scape, The Un-name, matured much faster than I expected (within 3 to 4 months) I mainly put this down to using ADA Amazonia, which was the first time I had used it. My earlier scapes were with ADA Malaya.

Anyway I felt that the scape could go no further so decided to re-scape the tank. I kept all the Parvula but gave it all a major trim down..... so the rest of the setup includes:

Tank: TGM Opti-White 90x45x45

Filtration: Eheim Thermo Pro 3, 2 Inlets, 1 Outlet (And a Koralia 1 powerhead, if needed)

Lighting: Arcadia OT2 Luminaire 4 x 24 watt - HOWEVER only using 2 Plant pro's

CO2: Comes on 3 hours before lights on and goes off with lights out. Also a UP Atomizer for diffusion.

Substrate: Full ADA system - Power Sand S, Clear Super, Bacter 100, Tourmaline BC, Amazonia soil & powder.

Hardscape: ADA Seiryu Stone & Manzanita Wood

Plants Reused from previous scape:
Staurogyne
Hemianthus Callitrichoides "Cuba" (Small amount mixed into foreground)
Bolbitus Heudelotii
Eleocharis Acicularis
Echinodorus tenellus
Blyxa & Blyxa aubertii
Crypt Wendtii Green
Eleocharis parvula
Microsorum pteropus "Narrow"
Xmas Moss
Mini Java Moss

New Plants:
Crypt beckettii 'petchii'
Aponogeton crispus 'Red' (Had this plant in a previous scape....lovely plant)
Crypt var. balansae (Thanks Andyh!)
Rotala sp.green
Also waiting for some Ludwigia arcuata and some Rotala rotundifolia to arrive from TGM next week.

As always comments welcome.....

new scape looks great, if it looks like your old one you'll be well in, it had a great sense of depth. good stuff.
