Just a quickie, What fish on UKAPS home page?

As the title says guys on the home page of UKAPS just to the left of join us free is a gold and black striped fish, iv'e seen these before and can't remember for the life of me what it is .
Can somebody put me out ofmy misery please?? I am looking to stock my 60cm, not just aking a random question.

Always wanted pencil fish..never owned them though
