ADA Cotton dispenser?

Hi all, I spotted this rather useful looking cotton dispenser on a recent ADA view video. It seems to make tying on cotton quick and easy. Does anyone know anything about it? Is it an ADA product or can you get one elsewhere?

Looks pretty nifty, wouldn't be too difficult to make though using wire from a coathanger maybe? Bent into shape and slotted into a small metal tube for the handle section?

Brilliant -thanks guys. I'm definitely giving that a go. I find tying moss and ferns quite fiddly.
