    Sorry to be a pain but i am planning to take your kind advice and start ei dosing but i am no chemist and do not quite understand all the abbreviations so my question : if I buy this starter kit would I need to also add chelated iron to the order and if so how much of it should i dose cheers gary.

    Iv'e been wondering about this myself although i don't run one at the moment . what i have been thinking is with co2 being heavier than air does it just accumulate between the water and the top of the tank and just sit there ? if so how do we replace it with o2 at lights out without an extractor...

    Thanks for that Zozo, in that case i will probably stick with the proscan as it does at least tally with the liquid test as far as kh goes and reads ph to a decimal point as in 7.6 also it gives a read out on co2 . thanks again Gary.
