No iron can only be absorbed by plants within 2 hrs so it’s important to dose it everyday from the start

@alto no I'm surprised you think it's was mainly red plants I spent lots of time trying to get some green plants as most plants get red with night lights I guess after the trimming limnophila aromatica is at the back out grown by rotala

Hi @Mark Grigg did you get the seeds on eBay? As hemianthus or glossostigma? If you did they are not I don't know what it is but it's not a carpet plant I trimmed them a lots and they grow dense but it's really high and demo not carpeting plants

Nice plants! I’ve seen you added the aquasoil already. Do you know that it shouldn’t get dry so you should cover your tank if you’re not planting straight away

@CooKieS I know what you mean! I bought it in japan and it was half the price over there I was also lucky to have ADA master Homma Yusuke to sign it for me, so it’s extra special to me

@Digitalfiend the light is 2.6 kg and the ballast is 1.5 kg. Almost doesn’t produce heat. Yeah I’ve got a 60P too but when I got back from Japan I had to have a 90P, 60 was a bit small

@Michal550 No I use RO water. You can use tap water for most plants Tho. I think they grow much better in RO water and when you do water change you GH and KH gets higher and higher so I prefer RO

@CooKieS Eriocaulon is doing fine but slow growing. I haven't forgotten about you but need to wait a bit longer

@fozziebear I'm using ADA brighty K and green brighty iron. Green gain after trimming and Ecca from time to time

@Digitalfiend it is the best light on the market, you have to see it to believe it. The green looks amazing and the red is out of this world. It's not cheap and use lots of energy for led 130W but it's worth every penny . I defo recommend it to you? Do you have an ADA 90P?

My second aquascape ADA convex composition 7days after planting

7 days after planting , plants have grown a little considering I have no co2 on that tank

I agree with dw1305 Yellow leaves with green veins is a lack of magnesium/iron A lack of magnesium block the absorption of iron.

I’m glad to see I’m not the only one having problems with green machine

I do have fish in my tank and they are perfectly healthy

I've used hydroponic fertiliser for my fish tank, it's much cheaper than anything for aquascape GHE flora serie was the best and I used it to grow emmersed aquatic plants too

Tank is cycled now, so the cleaning crew is going in 10 ottos and 10 Amano shrimps.
