I'm not too sure about the seller, but I just ordered the UP Aqua A-153 Regulator with solenoid. The solenoid on my JBL regulator just broke down so I thought I'd just replace the lot.

I just realised the CO2 in my canister is in gas/vapour form vs the liquid form found in most FE's. Does it matter which form it comes in? I'm currently using a JBL Proflora regulator and also just set up a Sera Flore CO2 reactor which is working great so far.

Did you have it hooked up to the filter input hose or output hose? I'm just surprised that your reactor could accumulate gunk so soon if it's hooked up to the clean water output hose...

Yes, I've got mine hooked up to the outtake pipe. If hooked up to the intake pipe, I'd be worried about the effect on filter performance, extra Atomizer cleaning required (dirty water flowing past membrane) and possible damage to the bacterial colony due to CO2 build up.

I also get a fine mist, but hardly noticeable. With a KH of 3 degrees, I guess I don't require much CO2 to hit 25ppm. I should mention though, you'll need a regulator with a working pressure of at least 1.5 bars. 1 bar will probably not be sufficient pressure to push the CO2 through the...
