If you wanted to upload a picture of your word doc, you could screen grab it, copy it to paint (or use the snipping tool if you have windows 7) and save it as an image (jpeg etc.). Once you have that you could upload it to photobucket or similar and link it like normal. Sorry I can't be of more...
