I say hopefully. On ebay its 39 pounds plus postage of 20. so calculation on 39 minus VAT.
Only problem with getting stuff from there is if any thing goes wrong. My brother's out there for a bit so hopefully get him to so some shopping for me if I need anything in the future :lol:

Not going to fly with a 2kg fire extinguisher in my backpack! Can just imagine trying to get thru security with that- "yes officer, I'm just a paranoid flyer and want to help if there's a fire on board." Let alone in Heathrow- asian bloke, big cylinder, airport- not a good mix.

Going to hong kong in a couple of months so might try to pick up a kit out there. Asking a chap on another forum for some good shop recommendations. Hopefully save a few bob.

Cheers for the clarification, couldn't quite figure it out from what had been written. I might ask luna pet if they have some quality standard mark. being german/ EU I'd be surprised if they didn't.
I know that this might be like asking how long is a piece of string, but how long do you think...
The german kit goes on about the fact that it's solenoid doesn't buzz. do you know if this is a problem with other solenoids or the malaysian one particularly?
I admit I have little knowledge of co2 cylinders, but surely if the attachment is the same on the german tank as a fire extinguisher...

Just to be clear- is there a standard fitting for co2 tanks and regulators and so can you fit a fire extinguisher bottle to this set up?
Does anyone know if you can get this bottle refilled in the UK...
