    any low carpeting plant will be higher maintance. you should be ok to just cap your existing substrate and it should have some of its nutrients still, you could boost it with tropica root tabs if you wanted. i love crypts they are easy to grow and look good dont grow too large try something...

    there are isttructions on the bottle i think it is 5ml per 50l of water per week so with out co2 i would reduce this slightley to about 5ml per 60-70l of water. someone else may correct me but from what i have lerned this is what i would do.

    Re: Matts 60L Jungle Edge there is only one tube in the light so i cant reduce the intencity and the light is a bit cheep there isnt a option to hang it above tha tank :( so it will have to stay like that for now it is only a 24w!! :crazy: i will be changing this soon to an arcadia unit...
