Prob not the case cause this is too obvious but it sounds like you have mains voltage leds not low voltage.

Hi I have seen them talked about on here, but cant find them anywhere? they were metal guards that i remeber at the time thinking they looked pretty good. If anyone can point me in the right direction please :D

Have been looking on ebay just wondered wether anyone had a tried and tested source :D Did you find the plastic mesh to be rigid enough? Dont suppose you can remember where you got it?

Hmm maybe .. I think the problem with what i bought is that its galvanised not stainless! It now has a funny white coating a bit like limescale?

Where do people buy there mesh? I tried to go cheap and get some from a builders merchant but its reacted to the water! I need a fair bit as i have a tank in the shed im trying to dedicate to lots of lovely moss :D

:lol: Im trying very hard to find some love for george and not begrudge him taking up a tank i would love to use as my next scape. Haha maybe when i go on holiday you could pop round to feed him :wink:

I think i have seen on here that PAH stock smoked grey tubing and dont ehiem do that colour aswell as the green?

My wife has a tubby goldfish in a 30ltr tank that really needs a new home, til this point she has wanted a bio orb :( however after much discussion i have convinced her that George would be much happier in a 60x45x45 tank, which by a strange coincedence is the size tank i have wanted to get...

thats what i would have suggested bud ... plus you can get 3 channel programmers .. 1 for co2 and 2/3 for your t5s and mh

on the verge of having my first go at this thanks for the inspiration :) im a sparky so im no stranger to a bending spring but the conduit i use is not seethrough, i will be interested to see how clean a bend can be achieved.
