    Large Dark Red Spots

Now I want this algae in my tank lol! Very interesting, I'm sure my nerites and plecs would eat it faster than it could grow though, unlike the BBA which they basically ignore once established.

All plants thriving but one type??? Why?

Could be environmental, since your not injecting CO2, the plants will be competing heavily with each other for this, and the Juncus may just be compartitlevly bad at this in your specific conditions. It could even be the influeunce of allelopathy, or your plants/beneficial biofilm may be...

    What have i been growing!!

Cladophora - I have the same stuff that loves to smother my Anubias, Bolbitis and even water lettuce roots. I don't mind it too much, although it is a bit time consuming picking it off leaves when I do a water change. I started to get it after adding several Marimo "moss balls" too, so I...

Carnivorous Utricularia species also eat algae

Wow, that is very interesting. A plant that almost seems to practice agriculture, thanks for sharing!

    Strange looking stuff on moss

The image is so out of focus that I didn't want to comment, but just in case OP is now panicking about the safety of any shrimp they keep, I'd like to say it could just be pond snail eggs if it looks jelly-like: Having said that, pond snails eggs can be infected by protists too, so it could...

    Is this Green Spot?

Using H2O2 won't prevent it coming back, if the conditions are right it will just grow again. You can try and "spot dose" H2O2 if you already have it handy and don't want to scrub it, but scrubbing is more effective and safer (no risk of incorrectly dosing and damaging plants). Just scrub it...

    Is this Green Spot?

That is certainly a green spot of algae, maybe not the exact same species as GSA, but it doesn't really matter which species it is. Why not just scrub it off?

Reusing substrate after massive filamentous diatom outbreak

You will always have a little bit of algae and algae spores, it's simply not possible to get rid of them. Healthy plants = little or no algae :).

    Algae ID

From the colour/pattern it could be GSA, GDA, BGA, a combination of these in a biofilm or other types. Looks like the start of BGA to me, not 100% without seeing/feeling it or at least clearer macro shots. Luckily it doesn't matter unless you are interested in the algae. If you think you need...

    Bba

Nice, 2 is a good number :). Nerites find it difficult to compete with fish, shrimp and other snails for prepared food, meaning algae and biofilm are their main diet in the aquarium. If you have too many nerites, it's easy for them to slowly starve to death, especially since we try to...

    Bba

If they are nerite snails, 2 is a good number though :). A lot of people seem to have unsustainable numbers of nerites in their tanks IME. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Light green algae (GSA?) that is growing on my Seiryus

Indeed, too high :). From my reading of others experiences on these forums, I don't believe that HC really is a high-light plant, more a high-CO2 plant. There are examples of HC being grown very well in relatively low-lighting conditions on these forums...I'll browse through the gallery...

Light green algae (GSA?) that is growing on my Seiryus

I agree with the above - that's a lot of light! I would switch the 55w bulb for a 24w one, or switch lighting units completely for something smaller. If that's not possible, maybe try to diffuse the light using something? I think the 55w will certainly be making things harder for you...
