Angel fish habitat - Mystery plant -lilly?

Hi,
I was looking at some footage of angel fish in the wild and wondered if anyone could identify the lilly like plant with reddish circular leaves, and is it (or a domestic form) available commercially?

I'm pretty sure it is actually a Water Lily (<"Nymphaea sp.">). The oxygen (from photosynthesis) is pretty amazing too.

Yes agreed, I knew they looked familiar and then I remembered taking these pics on Loch Kinnord in Aberdeenshire in May 2018 using a Go Pro from a kayak. Young lillies! It could be the Amazon! 😂, remarkable!
