Good morning everyone reading this, I'm new to the forum but not new to the hobby
and im from south africa, I'm currently using a diy fertilizer I'm making myself and using it in my aquarium and my aquarium has only anubias in (60) my plants looks healthy except for the older leaves that had a potassium deficiency, my new leaves that are developing looks like there are pieces missing or something is eating it

Mollies
Swordtails
Bristle nose plecos
Yo-yo loaches
Corydoras
Assassin snails
[Question]> what could be the cause of this?
Because I can't find any information anywhere
