Hi,
A bit of a random question but i was curious to see if anyone else here uses a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) on their tanks? I have had some concern with a filter of mine lately and have grabbed a spare APC Smart-UPS 1500VA ups lying about and i got thinking it just makes complete sense to have a UPS as standard, especially when you`ve paid enough for the kit in the tank and you might as well have some resilience with power. Not only does it give me around 2-3hrs powering up a Eheim 2078, Koralia 1 and a solenoid but i can also stick a small PDU (power distribution unit), and have all the sockets i need , theoretically up to 24 if i didn`t care so much about battery runtime
