Co2 Regulator Help!

Hi Crew
Need a bit of assistance!
I had to remove this fitting from the regulator as it was loose.
When I re-attached it to the regulator do I need to use Gas tape or some sort of sealant?

Hi Hoggie, this is the thread sealant I use, "liquid ptfe" .
Its available from Screwfix (or was a few years ago when I last bought it)
Not cheap but you only need a small amount and the tube lasts for years.
