Having Betta and Angelfish in the same tank

Angelfish, Betta and Cardinal tetras need almost the same parameters. But Angelfish and Betta both are fighters. From my experience I have noticed that none of these fishes fight with Cardinal Tetras. But is it safety keep both these fighters in the same tank?
 
You're never sure of what you're going to get with Siamese fighters. Some are the most placid, chilled fish ever and some are just evil.
Personally, I think they should be left to a species tank with maybe a few Cories or Otocinclus. They could potentially nip the fins of the Angel fish or visa versa.
Angelfish only usually become aggressive when establishing terratories or when spawning, although they will hunt down smaller fish and eat them!!!

Yeah I will not keep both of them in the same tank
 
Some people have managed it with smaller tetra, but I think it comes down to being well-fed, having plenty of places to hide and migrating the Angels when thee smaller fish get big enough to eat.

My tanks are always medium to heavily planted and then there is plenty of space to hide under the rocks and caves. Harley Quinn Rasboras circle the tank in group, if one of them gets too closer to angels they just use fast action to scare them. I think they Rasboras and Cardinal tetras are too fast for these lazy angels?
