I don't have experience with shrimps, but, my tank is 24 X 16 X 16 inch. its capacity is 89L (if I don't count water in caster filter) I am using fluvial 207 thats has very strong flow to get good surface agitation. in this tank. Are these conditions good for shrimps? Or do shrimps prefer quiet water?

I have two internal circulation pumps/filters < PatMini > in my shrimp tank (150L) in addition to two HOBs, so there is plenty of circulation and flow going on... the shrimps are not bothered at all it seems. Of course, there is a limit to the madness. If your filter makes the conditions in your tank akin to a torrential hurricane they wouldn't like that. As long as they have areas where it's relatively calm you should be fine.

Cheers,
Michael

My tank has an aspect ration of 3:2. The length is 24 inch, width and height are 16 inch and the thickness of the glass is somewhere around 160MM. So its volume is far more than standard 60P tanks.

With Fluval 207 the flow on the top at the centre of the tanks is very fast that if a shrimp comes i worry it might destabilise its spine. Like I said I don’t have any experience with shrimps. The only shrimps I am little bit familiar are cherry shrimp and Amano shrimp, which I am planning to have once my tanks and filter are matured.

The best part about my aquascape is it’s hard scape has plenty or driftwood with moss, so that the shrimps can get a good grip and walk on the branches

I have Neocaridina in all of my tanks and Amano shrimp in most of them and I really don't see a difference in their behavior when it comes to water flow.
Two of my tanks are zero water flow Walstad tanks and the shrimp in there act the exact same as the shrimp in my 40 gallon with a Fluval FX2 canister filter on it.
I often see the shrimp on the filter intake grazing on the stuff it captures and they are able to move around without the suction causing problems as shown in the image blow. You can also see a shrimp on the Echinodorus leaf to the right that's right in front of one of the outflow jets and it doesn't cause problems.
