How long lasts Hanna HI-1271 pH electrode?

Hi all
Today I turned my HI-98103 on and found constant reading of 7 pH no matter what solution it is in. Tried to calibrate but it always fails in 4.0 pH calibration solution. Just shows error. I guess this is it, RIP pH HI-1271 electrode. I have it for about 2 years. Used about 1 year once a week. Always stored in KCl. Is that expected life span for pH electrode?
