Luis, you'll probably notice the trend is generally to have your diffuser on the opposite end of the tank, so that CO2 is sent down with the flow as it hits the opposite wall to the inlet.

It's all down to getting the flow patterns right to get CO2 and nutrients to every inch of the tank :)
 
With me it worked the opposite.. I have the difuser left to the koralia, and it sucks the bubbles and throws them down, as the Koralia is pointing to the far bottom corner of the tank. :)

I had the Koralia on the opposite of the diffuser and there seemed to be dead spots on my tank, some plants weren't not even growing, I changed it and voila, plants that hadn't done anything for a while started to grow, in the oddest ways possible. :D
