Liquid fertilizer dosing time

I dose 6ml daily of Ocean Nutrition Fertil+, Trace+ and Iron+ at aroun 7am in the morning while the lights are still off. Is it more advisable to dose the fertilizer during the photo period? Or is this irrelevant?

Mixed thoughts regarding when to dose on here - some people dose first thing in the morning and some when the lights are on. Dose when ever it suits you.
