Listless fish after white spot treatment

I had a mini outbreak of white spot which I promptly got on top off. The fish all seem free of spots but they are all rather lethargic and seem to be lacking appetite. Is this normal or might there be another issue at hand? Water parameters are all normal. Fish are cardinal tetras, Serpae tetra and German rams.

It's possible that they are still recovering - but you will need to keep a close eye.

I would say that, for a while, minimise your filter cleaning to maximise the bacteria in the filter, lower your temperature a little if sitting at 25/26 (say 23-24). and reduce feeding a little (especially if not eating).

Not sure what medication you are using, but it should give you some guidance on water changes (frequency and how much).

Could also try some Brine Shrimp+Garlic to stimulate appetite
