Powerhead size?

I have a 186ltr tank (150ltr water) - 37x17x18.
Planted.
EFX400 external filter (1400lph) with the spraybar extended along the full length of the back, directed forward.
I need a bit more flow around the bottom, so looking to get a powerhead to mount either on the left or right side - probably directed forward / along the tank.

What size should I get (& recommendations I guess!)

Tunze 6045, it has adjustable flow and kicks ass in my 260ltr on the low setting, so maybe one size down...
also bare in mind your filter will be half the rated flow with media.
