Rainbow fish not eating

I have a female boesemans that is refusing to eat, her belly is very shrunken. All others in the tank are eating healthily. She shows interest in food but is not eating. Tried flakes, micro pellets, Spectrum Thera A, various frozen. Not sure if she will take Algae or veg, will try again with these. I must admit that I have not been putting enough veg in the tank for the rainbows

Any suggestions? Should this fish be quarantined?

Hi all,
Difficult to say, but if she has slowly lost condition Camallanus would be a possibility, but because she is a Rainbow fish my suspicion would be that it maybe Mycobacteriosus <http://www.atlasbooks.com/marktplc/00388mycoarticle.pdf>.

Thanks Darrel, I had some success yesterday with veg so will avoid dry foods and keep a close eye to see if condition improves or deteriorates.
