Is this possible without a clean up crew?

I mean strong lights, CO2, a mix of hard to grow plants - I'm starting to think you will always get some algae.

Perhaps if those of you with more experience can post a photo of your tank, and select your clean up crew (or otherwise) from the list below, it will help the rest of us.
