I think sudandanio axelrodi. Absolutely beautiful fish but a bit hard to find.
Quite happy in fast flow unlike most blackwater fish but can be quite sensitive. Had a shoal of about 20. Lost the lot a few weeks back whilst my ember tetras were fine. Devastated. I think either kesgrave or rare aquatics have them on ebay at the moment.
