What plants should i get?

I’m setting up my second planted tank soon! Like my first tank it’ll be low tech.

It’ll have

• Active substrate
• fertiliser
• 10W LED light

The tank will be viewed from all angles so my hardcape will be in the middle have all my tall plants (java fern, amazon swords, fanworts)

I’m looking for some foreground plants that can be planted into the substrate (so not anubias)

Small foreground plants, how about :-
Crypt willisii
Crypt wendtii
Eleocharis acicularis or lilaeopsis brasiliensis in loose groups instead of a carpet.
Hydrocotyle tripartita or leucocephala, though it will try to grow upwards in low light.
I'm trying Echinodorus purpurea at the front, it seems to be slow growing in low light & is not supposed to get taller than 6 inches.
