what size powerhead

hi i am a new member this is my first post,i have at present a 175litre tank,i am running a aquamanta 300efx,
the flow is rated at 1100 lts an hour,i am using a small powerhead rated at 450lts hour,i think i need to upgrade
the powerhead,what would be a good choice,i would like my fish to survive the experience!
i would be grateful for any feedback. 😀

I have a koralia 2 in my 125 ltr mate

i have just been looking at the koralia 1600 nano.i am just worried about blowing my fish all over the place.

The 1600 has a cone shaped flow like all the koralia range not a jet like a normal power head so in a 125ltr it should be fine

thanks for the info,i think i will go for the koralia 1600.
