Lighting
Hi all... the tank is an Aquastar 500.....65 ltr....38cm H x50 cm W .X29 cm D. The tank is lit by 2xPL 11W lamps on for 7 hours per day. In the opinion of the forum is the lighting sufficient for the tank size. CO2 is also supplied via a timer and EI Nutrients are supplied daily. All comments... -

small tank how much light
Hiall ...I should soon been the owner of the Wave 15 nano type tank and I intend to plant it well. As the lighting is the LED type I am uncertain as to how much light to give. My present tank is lit for 6hrs per day but that is with flourescent lighting. I will apreciate any help and advice as... -

is my present lighting sufficient
Hi there... My tank is a Jewel 180ltrs 55cm tall 92 wide lit with the standard Jewel twin t5 (half inch) 35watt bulbs. At the moment,CO2 is added with fertiliser,lights on for8hrs per day. I would like to add carpet plants but past attempts were not very successful.What is the forums...
