20gal tank ei dosing, lighting, photoperiod...

Hi can anyone suggest the best ways to do the things listed below for a 60x35x45 20gal tank with ada aqua soil. It will be planted with HC and blyxa japonica. Many thanks in advance, harry.

1.Lighting.
2.Photoperiod.
3.EI dosing.
4.CO2 bps.
5.Way of diffusing co2.
