hello i have a interpet over tank light unit, it has 2 u shaped bulbs which are stated at 36w each, they are half and half one half is day light the over is blue.

i have put it in the middle of my tank but dont seem to get very good light at the back or front, i was thinkin of upgradin my light unit, any cheap ways ?

You could start by replacing those bulbs, with 72W you can grow almost all plants. The blue bulbs are more for marine tanks.
