Needle moving on Co2 reg

Never really noticed this before, but I noticed today one of the needles on my regulator gauges is going up and down between 4 and 5. the other gauge is steady. I cant say if this is a new thing its doing or not.

The model I have is an UP A-153. Just wondered if its normal. Cant say I have noticed it in the past. anyone else have there needles moving on any of the gauges when the co2 is on?
