Agree, the Project Piaba can be used as a source of beautiful scape imagery to create our own blacwater biotopes. These guys have also and Instagram and are more active there:
These bleeding heart tetras (Hyphessobrycon socolofi) were imported in Ukraine through their fish conservation programme

But for correct replication of natural biotopes you'll need to consult scientific websites and communicate personally with locals.

BTW, does anybody here keep a blackwater aquarium?

Hi,

I'm late to the party, but I keep three blackwater tanks. Another one was blackwater, but tannins have disappeared quite a bit.
