Shrimp Stocking Levels

I have a new TMC aquagro microhabit tank which is about 8 litre in volume. What is the ideal number of red bee/ cherry shrimp I can safely keep?

I expect around 10 would be a comfortable number. They will continue to breed (at least the RCS will) until they reach a certain level then suddently a self preservation thing kicks in and they stop breeding - thats when you know you have reached max capacity....!!
