solenoid problem

hi, my solenoid is letting gas through when it is closed, it is letting by 20 bubbles a min approx. the regulator is a jbl on a fe with the pressure set at 2.3bar as im running an inline atomiser, any pointers will be appreciated. roy

Hi ,
The solenoid should completely shut of the gas .
My solenoid lets 1 or 2 bubbles through as it shuts of the main flow and that's it , that's what it's designed to do so sounds to me that its faulty ,

Mine is also a cheapy but is attached to the actual reg , works very well though .

I just reduced the pressure to just under 2 bar and that seems to have done the trick,i will look around for another solenoid as the atomiser works better at a higher pressure
