The real dwarf hairgrass?

From what I know, both are dwarf version of hairgrass with parvula being slightly smaller. There is other variety of dwarf hairgrass out there such as sp. Japan and belem.
 
Parvula stays shorter than acicularis.

Parvula leaves tend to grow bent and overlap whereas acicularis grows straighter and taller.

There are literally hundreds of Eleocharis but the two mentioned are the most readily available.
