trying to decide between hc "cuba" and glossostigma elatinoides for a carpeting plant
which is easier? 1stly to grow and 2ndly to maintain
which looks better?

after hitting the skids due to lack of finances my planted tank is finally able to get back on track . i need to get a regulator and solenoid to fit a 2kg fire extinguisher . im looking at this 1

i think i will use the aquabasis+ under playsand . as i said the vast majority of the substrate will be covered so a little bit of mixing over time shouldnt really cause a problem as it wont be seen . there will be a small area of open sand for corys , if i have to keep tidying that area up...
80x40x35cm tank im putting together a list of plants that i like but i was hoping somebody with the " mental eye" for how plants will or wont go together could give me an opinion . would these plants work well together or just look a bit of a mess?

i think i may go with limnophilia aquatica , looking through google images im really liking the looks of this plant a lot . i may try some C. furcata in the midground tho .

i completely agree that every scape has room for some moss. i love it . im deffinately planning on having some nice moss covered branches somewhere. id love to do a moss only scape 1 day . tank will have 2 full length t5s pressurised co2 and EI dosing , so i should be able to meet the needs...
