I have Tropica plant nutrition +? I think its called. I bought it a while ago for another tank but haven't used it. will that be ok? As for light its just a clip light desk light I got from Ikea. It's a 28W Halogen. Is that ok? or do I need something better?

Yeh I was thinking that too, but what about if I was using the liquid carbon wouldn't i need to have like a power head to help it get around or would it be fine with the power head?

60L My First Planted "help journal" Intruder!! Just spotted this snail it's only about 1mm and it's the only 1 I have seen so far? Where did it come from? I've had my plants for a few weeks now also rinsed them before I planted them. Any ideas?? Will be getting rid of it as I've heard them...

Yes it's 25L. 30x30x30cm. Got 1 a few weeks ago! You will need to get a light as it only comes with a filter. Filter does the job but I am going to replace mine with a hang on the back filter from all pond solutions, less intrusive than the internal.

hmm I just read that. 1 of my shrimps died a few days ago but rest are ok, couldn't figure out why?! I have manado, is it proven that this is not good for shrimps at all? because if that's the case I need to change substrate!!

So I've just been doing my 60L today. Fish and shrimp seem ok in my cube for now, here's a few pictures of it. will be removing all plants from here when I'm ready to move the rasboras back. I dont have a light for my cube so i have put a table lamp next to it 8) it does look messy now...
