Stick some hay inside as well in that case, just make sure it's dry before you do or the hay will rot over winter. Cover it with a bin bag or sheet but let air in somewhere. Will be a nice place for smaller hibernating insects too until spring arrives. :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
