Hi guys just fitted my jbl regulator to a FE, normally the presure on the jbl co2 is at 2 put when i put the FE on and fired it up its at 3.5. Is this normal and nothing to worry about or will I have problems?

Hi guys going to be setting up my first nano tank, not sure what plants yet but poss hc and hairgrass, the tank is 17l andcomes with a 9w light . Is this enough light or will I need to upgrade? will be adding easycarbo and ferts. cheers guys
